Thank you for your purchase from Studio Quinn. Each print is produced with care and packaged securely to ensure it arrives safely.

Please review our policy below.

Returns

Due to the nature of fine art prints, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Minor color variations due to screen differences

Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the packaging and damaged item

If approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement print at no additional cost

  • A refund to your original payment method

We may request that damaged items be returned before issuing a refund or replacement.

Lost Packages

Studio Quinn is not responsible for packages lost due to:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

  • Carrier delays beyond our control

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
